Sloane Risk Group was founded in 2018 by Hayley Elvins, a Chartered Security Professional with over 30 years of operational and strategic security experience.
Our founder, management team, and consultants are drawn from specialist backgrounds in government, military, and law enforcement, selected for their extensive operational experience and strategic judgement. That heritage shapes our values, identity and how we work.

Recognised as a leading authority in security risk management, Hayley has spent her career advising and protecting diplomats, executives, organisations and high-value assets operating in challenging and high-risk environments across the globe.
Her perspective challenges traditional approaches, focusing on how adversaries operate in practice and where organisations, individuals and assets are genuinely exposed; it is this thinking that defines how Sloane Risk Group protects every client we serve.
